Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction With Retention Enema In The Treatment Of Radiation Proctitis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of retention enema with modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of radiation proctitis,and to explore its role in relieving the clinical symptoms,improving patients' quality of life and promoting rectal mucosa repair and other aspects.Methods: Select 60 patients with radiation proctitis by random parallel control method.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of entering the group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with basic treatment + Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction retention enema,while the control group with basic treatment + montmorillonite powder retention enema.The two groups were treated with 7 days as a course,and two courses were observed.The syndrome scores,KPS score,grade of rectal mucosa injury,clinical efficacy and safety of Before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Then come to a conclusion through statistical analysis.Results:(1)Comparison of syndrome scores between the two groups: After treatment,the syndrome scores of the two groups are improved,but the treatment group has more advantages(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of effective rate between the two groups: After statistical analysis,the effective rate of the treatment group is 93.3% and the control group is 70%.Compared with the two groups,the former has a higher effective rate(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of quality of life between the two groups: In terms of improving the quality of life,both groups were effective,but the treatment group is better(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of mucosal injury under enteroscopy: In terms of promoting the repair of rectal mucosa,the treatment group is better(P<0.05).(5)Safety evaluation comparison: No obvious adverse reactions and side effects were observed in the two groups,it shows that this study is safe and reliable..Conclusion: The clinical application of modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life,promote the restoration of rectal mucosa,and the clinical application is safe andeffective.
