The Clinical Observation Of Mengshikushenghuanglian Decoction By Enema The Patients Of Premature Ventricular Complexes Of Tanhuraoxin

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of tanhuoraoxin type ventricular premature beat(PVCs)by using the experience of Professor Guo Wenqin of national famous traditional Chinese medicine,and to observe the clinical effect and safety of tanhuoraoxin type(PVCs).Methods:The 80 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group in the Nangang branch of Heilongjiang traditional Chinese medicine hospital,Nangang branch of the traditional Chinese medicine hospital.The control group and the treatment group were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.In the control group,40 cases were given simple western law oral administration,and 40 cases of the treatment group were given enema enema for Radix Sophorae Flavescentis Huanglian decoction,and the 14 day was a course of treatment,and a course of treatment was observed.The number of premature beats and the improvement of symptoms in the two groups after 24 hours of treatment were observed respectively.Result: 1.The clinical symptoms of TCM in the two groups were improved after treatment.There were significant differences in the curative effect between the control group and the treatment group(P < 0.05),and the enema group was better than the oral group of the western medicine.2.The two groups could reduce the occurrence of ventricular premature beat,and there was no significant difference between the enema group and the western medicine group(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Application of Meng Shi Kushen Huanglian Decoction enema in the treatment of phlegm obstructing ventricular premature beat has significant effect,and it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients;2.Chloriti Kushen Decoction enema of Coptis therapeutic room premature,can significantly reduce the frequency of occurrence of ventricular premature beat.
