Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction In Treating Insomnia With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome After Apoplexy In The Elderly

Objective:The aim of this study is to observe the curative effect of jiawei buyang five decoc Tion on the elderly patients with insomnia of syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency after stroke,and to further understand the compatibilty of prescrip Tions by randomized clinical trial.Methods:60 elderly patients with insomnia of syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency after stroke who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,wih equal number in each group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group took jiawei buyang five decoction,the control group took alprazolam tablets,the two groups were treated for 30 days.After the end of treatment,we observed symptoms of TCM syndrome,the changes of scores of pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI).During the course of treatment and follow-up,the adverse reactions and safety of medication in the treatment group and the control group were continuously concerned.Meanwhile,the adverse reactions and safety of the treatment group and the control group were continuously concerned in the treatment process and the follow-up Period.Results:Comparison of two drugs on the elderlys insomnia after stroke with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,the total efficiency of treatment group was 96.67%,the control grout total effective rate was 86.67%.There was statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05),jiawei buyang five decoction is better than alprazolam tablets.In improving the seven main symptoms of PSOI(sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction),the jiawei buyang five decoction group and The alprazolam tablets group have curative effect(P<0.05).In terms of TCM symptoms improved,the jiawei buyang five decoction group and the alprazolam tablets group have the curative effect(P<0.05).The total efficiency of treatment group was 90.00%,The control group was 66.67%.Two groups had statistical significance on the difference of TCM syndrome total curative effect(P<0.05),and the jiawei buyang five decoction is better than alprazolam tablets.In contrast to single integral symptoms of two groups,the jiawei buyang five decoction in improving the two main symptoms(insomnia,soft limb and weakness),the four subordinate symptoms(palpitations and shortness of breath,fatigue)is better than alprazolam tablets(P<0.05).In improving the sallow complexion and the dreamy and easy to be waked up symptoms in the two groups had the similar effect.In the safety of drugs,no adverse reactions occurred during the two groups.Conclusion:Jiawei buyang five decoction has a good clinical effect on the patients with insomnia qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after apoplexy in the aged.There is no adverse reaction in the treatment and follow up.
