Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Deficiency Of Qi And Blood Stasis

Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of jiawei buyang huanwu decoction in treating chronic heart failure with deficiency of qi and blood stasis.take the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in disease prevention and treatment to improve the quality of life of patients with heart failure.Methods: according to the CHF diagnostic criteria,NYHA cardiac function grading standard,and TCM diagnostic criteria,60 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,two groups after eliminating 1 case each,29 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with Western medicine.The treatment group on the basis of the other serving jiawei buyang huanwu decoction,course of treatment for4 weeks,observed two groups of patients before and after treatment of cardiac function(NYHA)classification,NT-pro BNP,LVEF,6MWT,quality of life score,TCM symptoms.Results:1.Cardiac function grading(NYHA): after treatment,the cardiac function(NYHA)of patients in the two groups decreased compared with before treatment.According to the evaluation criteria of cardiac function,the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.NT-pro BNP: after treatment,the levels of NT-pro BNP in both groups were obviously lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the decline of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.LVEF: after treatment,LVEF in both groups was obviously increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the increase in the the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.6MWT: after treatment,the 6MWT distance in the treatment group and the control group was obviously longer than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the extension in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.Quality of life score: after treatment,the quality of life score after treatment in both groups was significantly higher than before(P<0.05),and the increase was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).6.Symptoms of TCM: after treatment,the main symptoms of palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue and neck blue tendon exposure in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving shortness of breath and fatigue(P<0.05),and the two groups were equally effective in improving palpitation symptoms and neck blue tendon exposure(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10% and that of the control group was 79.31%,with significant difference(P<0.05).7.Safety indicators: during the treatment,no serious adverse events such as liver and kidney insufficiency and hematuria occurred in the two groups,and no significant difference was found in the safety indicators before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei buyang huanwu decoction combined with conventional western medicine has a good clinical effect in treating chronic heart failure.It can reduce NYHA cardiac function grading,NT-pro BNP level,improve LVEF,prolong 6MWT distance,increase quality of life score,improve patient shortness of breath,fatigue.Such symptoms can improve the heart function of patients and improve the quality of life of patients,and the safety is also good,and can reduce the adverse reactions of western medicine,which is better than western medicine alone.
