Clinical Observation On The Recovery Period Of Qi - Deficiency And Blood - Stasis Type Stroke By Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined With Rehabilitation Training

Purpose：To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of combinationmodified Buyang Huangwu and rehabilitation therapy on qi deficiency and bloodstasis deficiency of stroke。Material and method：60cases which had been diagnosed ischemic stroke wererandomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had30casesbeen provided regular cure like Antiplatelet, nerve nutrition, improvecirculation. Control group of30cases were added to rehabilitation therapy,Treatment group of30cases were added to modified Buyang Huangwu andrehabilitation therapy，the other treatment were the same. Observe theimprovement of clinical symptoms in two groups of patients and after28days atthe help of the stroke syndrome scores,neurological function deficitscoers,daily living skills index (Barthel index Bl) test。Results：1. After the treatment, the treatment group and control group in the strokesyndrome scores,neurological function deficit scores,daily living skills index(Barthel index Bl) test were better than before (P<0.05).2. After treatment, the treatment group in neural function defect scale, Chinesemedicine symptom curative effect evaluation, daily life ability were better thanthe control group (P<0.01).Conclusion：modified Buyang Huangwu and rehabilitation therapy have a significant effecton stirring wind due to yin deficiency of stroke, can effectively reduce thedisability rate,make patient have a better life quality。...
