Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined With Jiaji Acupoint Injection In The Treatment Of Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of internal administration of jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Jiaji point and pain point injection in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis).Methods:99 patients who met the subject case inclusion criteria were selected and divided into three groups by random digital table method: control group?,control group? and test group,each group of 33 cases.1.Treatment plan: The treatment group was treated with jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Jiaji point and pain point injection of lidocaine and vitamin B12;control group I was treated by internal administration of jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction,while internal administration of gabapentin capsule;control group II internal administration of gabapentin capsule combined with Jiaji point and pain point injection of lidocaine and vitamin B12.2.The treatment time was 1 course,total 15 days,after 15 days of continuous treatment,the clinical curative effect was evaluated,the curative effect and adverse reaction of the three groups were counted and analyzed.Result:1.total effective rate was 93.3% in the test group,74.2% in the control group I and83.3% in the control group II.There was significant difference between the test group and the control group I(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between thetest group and the control group II(P>0.05)2.the scores of the three groups in the short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire,visual analogue score were all decreased in three groups after treatment.There was significant difference between the three groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).three groups of subjects also had a decrease in the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores.for the three groups of subjects before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The difference between the comparison test group and the control group I was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison test group and the control group II,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67% in the test group,25.81% in the control group I and 10.00% in the control group II,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in the comparison test group and the control group I,and there was no significant difference between the test group and the control group II(P>0.05).4.After the completion of the treatment,the recurrence rate was 7.14% in the test group,43.48% in the control group I and 32.00% in the control group II.Compared with the test group and the control group I,the results(P<0.05)were statistically significant.Compared with the test group and the control group II,the results(P<0.05)were statistically significant.Conclusion:Internal administration of jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Jiaji point and pain point injection in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)clinical efficacy is accurate,the incidence of adverse reactions is low.Compared with the oral Chinese medicine combined with western medicine group,and oral western medicine combined with jiaji point and pain point injection group,the advantages in controlling the recurrence of the disease are more obvious.
