| Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Ling Gui Zhu Gan Jia Wei Decoction in treating chronic heart failure of Yang deficiency and water generics syndrome.Methods : 64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 32 cases in each group,while those in the control group were treated with Western medicine standard treatment,and the treatment based on the Western standard treatment plus Ling Gui Zhu Gan Jia Wei Decoction,treatment for 4 weeks.After treatment,some indexes of two groups were observed before and after treatment,such as NT-pro BNP,TCM symptom scores and its efficacy,heart failure integrals and its efficacy,grade of cardiac function and quality of life and drug safety.Results:1.After treatment,NT-pro BNP,TCM syndrome scores,heart failure scores,and quality of life scores decreased in both groups.Comparison of two groups,P<0.01.The treatment group was superior to the control group.2.After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 66.67%,the total effective rate of heart failure integrals was63.33%,and the total effective rate of grade of cardiac function was 70.00%.The treatment group was 86.67%,86.67% and 90.00% respectively.Compared with the two groups,P<0.05,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.During the observation period,no adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusions : Ling Gui Zhu Gan Jia Wei Decoction can effectively reduce NT-pro BNP level in patients with chronic heart failure of Yang deficiency and water generics syndrome and improve TCM symptoms,clinical symptoms,grade of cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure of Yang deficiency and water generics syndrome.This study shows that Ling Gui Zhu Gan Jia Wei Decoction is safe and effective,no toxic side effects. |
