To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Mr Ray's Fujiang Wenyang Decoction In The Treatment Of Yang Deficiency And Water Generics Syndrome Of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Mr Ray's Fujiang Wenyang Decoction in the Treatment of Yang deficiency and water generics syndrome of chronic heart failure, and provided scientific basis for clinical treatment.Method:The clinical observation of 64 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,32 cases in each group. The control group used the standard treatment of western medicine, and the treatment group on the basis of the standard treatment of western medicine combined with Mr Ray's Fujiang Wenyang Decoction. After 2 weeks, we used TCM syndrome integral, grade of cardiac function (NYHA classification method), heart failure curative effect (Lee's scoring method), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and N terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP) to compare with each group, and evaluate Mr Ray's Fujiang Wenyang Decoction curative effect. Blood, urine, liver, kidney and routine check test, is the evaluation indicators for clinical safety of the experiment.Results:1.The integral comparison of clinical symptom:Two weeks after the treatments, the control group and the treatment group can significantly improved patients with the score of traditional Chinese medicine and heart failure (P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the score of treatment group had significantly decreased(P<0.05).2.Clinical curative effect comparison:Two weeks after treatment, the control group and the treatment group can significantly improved patients with the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, cardiac function, heart failure and left ventricular ejection fraction (P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the clinical curative effect had significantly increased in the treatment group(P<0.05).3. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF):Four weeks after treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the control group and treatment group were significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared with control group, the treatment group was significantly increased (P<0.05).4. N terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP):Four weeks after treatment, the N terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor levels of the control group and treatment group were significantly decreased (P<0.01). Compared with the control group,the NT-proBNP of the treatment group were significantly reduced(P< 0.05).5. Security:In this study, patients with blood, urine, stool and liver and kidney function had no significant abnormal symptoms (P>0.05).Conclusion:Mr Ray's Fujiang Wenyang Decoction can obviously improve the TCM syndrome integral, cardiac function integral, heart failure points, LVEF and the level of NT-proBNP of patients with yang deficiency and water generics syndrome of chronic heart failure. Patients with blood, urine, stool and liver and kidney function had no significant abnormal symptoms in the experiment. In this study, we consider the Mr Ray's Fujiang Wenyang decoction is the ideal drug for patients with yang deficiency and water generics syndrome of chronic heart failure. And also provide a scientific basis for CHF clinical treatments.
