A Clinical Study On Xiaofeng Powder In The Treatment Of Chronic Perianal Eczema And Rheumatic Fever

Objective: This article aims to provide a new method and scientific basis for the clinical treatment of chronic perianal eczema rheumatic fever by observing the safety and efficacy of Xiaofeng Powder in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema rheumatic fever type.Methods: All the cases selected in this clinical observation were from peroneal eczema patients who came to the anorectal clinic in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to October2017,a total of 64 cases.Sixty-four patients with rheumatic fever and perianal eczema were randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(32cases).The treatment group was given oral Xiaofeng San,one dose per day,twice a day.The control group was given oral hydrochloric acid in the morning and evening.One tablet of tietine was given as a treatment course for 14 days.Changes in symptom scores before and after treatment were observed for 14 days before and after treatment,and treatment differences between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results: 1.Sixty-four patients with rheumatic fever and perianal eczema were included.Four patients were detached.Patients were compared before treatment.Randomly divided into groups.There were 14 female patients in the treatment group,16 male patients,and 18 female patients in the control group.12 patients.In the treatment group,the age range was 18-60 years old and the average age was 37.80±12.51 years.In the control group,the age range was 19-59 years,and the average age was 36.13±12.40 years.The treatment group and the control group had pre-treatment gender,age,and itching scores.There was no statistically significant difference in anal wet sensation score,perianal skin lesion morphology score,and skin lesion area score(P>0.05).The two groups were comparable.2.The score of pruritus before and after treatment,the score of anal wetness,the score of perianal skin lesions,the area of ??perianal skin lesions before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of pruritus in the control group before and after treatment andthe anal dampness The scores were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the morphology of perianal skin lesions and lesion area scores(P>0.05).3.There were statistically significant differences in the pruritus scores and anal wetness scores between the two groups after treatment.(P <0.05);There was no significant difference between the perianal skin lesion morphology score and skin lesion area score(P> 0.05).4.The treatment group recovered 3 cases,effective rate 13 cases,effective number 12 cases,invalid number 2 cases,total effective rate 93.3%;control group recovered 0 cases,effective number 5 cases,effective number 16 cases,invalid number 9 For example,the total effective rate was70%.After statistical analysis,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Oral Xiaofeng Powder for the treatment of perianal eczema can eliminate the symptoms of perianal itching,reduce the secretions and wet sensation,and repair the skin lesions.It has a good curative effect and less side effects.It is an effective,safe and reliable treatment program.
