Clinical Observation Of Wenpi Yishen Recipe Combined With Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Middle And Advanced Lung Adenocarcinoma Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective:To summarize the clinical effects of the combination of Wen PI Yishi recipe combined with TP chemotherapy in treating patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma with spleen and kidney yang deficiency,and compared with the curative effect of simple western medicine TP chemotherapy,to explore the clinical role of TCM syndrome in improving the level of TCM syndrome,Cartesian score,tumor size,T cell level and safety evaluation.To explore the clinical value of this combination of TP chemotherapy in the treatment of this type of advanced lung adenocarcinoma,so as to better guide the clinical treatment.Methods:A total of 70 patients with mid-late stage lung adenocarcinoma of spleen deficiency and yang deficiency syndrome were selected and divided into 9 groups according to the random number table.The treatment group(combination of warming,spleen and kidney-invigorating TP chemotherapy)30 Cases,control group(simple his TP chemotherapy regimen)30 cases.Every 21 days for a chemotherapy cycle,observed 2 cycles.The TCM syndromes,objective curative effect of cancer,Karnofski 's score,cellular immune level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results: The two groups completed 2 cycles of chemotherapy according to the regulations.Before treatment,the two groups had no statistical significance in gender,age,tumor differentiation,tumor stage,TCM syndrome and Carson score.There was no statistical difference between the two groups.After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the efficacy and safety index of tumor foci(P>0.05),but in improving TCM syndrome level,KPS score and improving immune function,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Wen PI Yishi recipe combined with TP chemotherapy for patients with spleen kidney yang deficiency of middle and advanced lung adenocarcinoma,in improving the level of TCM syndrome,improving the immune function and improving the quality of life of patients,the curative effect is better than that of the simple TP chemotherapy group,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
