Study Of Clinical Efficacy Of Spleen And Marrow Strengthing Method Combined With CAG Scheme On Elderly Acute Myeloid Leukemia(Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrom)

Objective: By observing the intervention effect of invigorating spleen and reinforcing marrow therapy on elderly acute myeloid leukemia(AML)patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,the efficacy and safety of invigorating spleen and reinforcing marrow therapy for elderly AML patients were verified,and a feasible way for the treatment of elderly AML patients could be provided.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of clinical observation,50 elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia were randomly divided into two groups according to the sequence of visiting time.The experimental group and the control group were given CAG regimen chemotherapy,and the experimental group was given prescription I of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the above.After two courses of treatment,the effective rate,transfusion frequency and hemoglobin and platelet count of the two groups before and after 10 days' treatment were observed and evaluated,and then the efficacy and safety of Leukemia Formula I were evaluated.Results:(1)The total amount of erythrocyte suspension infusion and irradiation platelet collection in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P <0.05).Therefore,it can be concluded that Leukemia I Decoction can reduce the total amount of blood transfusion and improve the quality of life of the elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and provide ideas for clinical treatment of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia.(2)There was no significant difference in the effective rate(complete remission + partial remission)and survival time between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in blood cell analysis(leucocyte,neutrophil,hemoglobin,platelet,reticulocyte)and recovery period of neutrophil deficiency between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in liver function(AST),renal function(creatinine,urea nitrogen),lactate dehydrogenase and beta 2 microglobulin between treatment group and control group(P > 0.05).Although there are differences in drug use between the two groups,there is no abnormal change in safety observation indicators related to drug use.The tolerance and safety of the two groups are better.Conclusion: The method of invigorating spleen and reinforcing marrow combined with CAG regimen has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of elderly acute myeloid leukemia(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome),can effectively reduce blood transfusion,andhas good safety.It is one of the effective methods in the treatment of elderly acute myeloid leukemia(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome).
