Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Wenshen Prescription In The Treatment Of Subclinical Hypothyroidism Of Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective:to observe the spleen and the kidney and party of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type Subclinical hypothyroidism(hereinafter referred to as the "Subclinical Jia Jian",Subclinical hypothyroidism,SCH)in patients with thyroid function,blood lipid,security index,the effect of TCM syndrome integral,etc,discuss the improvement of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes,objective evaluation of efficacy and safety of the kidney,provide clinical basis for the treatment of the disease.Methods:a total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria inthe endocrine clinic and ward of Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was given self-designed Jianpi Wenshen prescription orally,and the control group was given placeboorally.The treatment time of patients in both groups was 12 weeks.Changes in thyroid function(TSH,FT3,FT4),blood lipids(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),safety indexes(ALT,AST,Cr,BUN)and TCM syndrome score were observed and recorded before and after treatmentin the two groups,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.The obtained data were statistically analyzed with data analysis software SPS S24.0.Results:(1)before treatment,gender,age,course of disease,thyroid function,blood lipid,TCM syndrome score and other data of thetwo groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),so they were comparable.(2)Thyroid function: after treatment,TSH index of the two groups decreased more significantly than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);FT3 and FT4 indexes showed no significant change,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)syndromes curative effect and integral: on the TCM syndrome curative effect,treatment group total effectiveness 85.71%,control group total effectiveness 62.96%,compared two groups,with significant difference statistically significant(P<0.01),and each single integral aspect of syndromes,the treatment group in the cold and cold limbs,sleepiness,languid,abdominal distension constipation,waist and knee pain on each single integral decreased more significantly than control group,with significant difference statistically significant(P<0.01),neck swelling,edema,each single integral decline was not significant,therewas no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(4)Clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.29%,the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Blood lipid: there was no statistically significant difference in blood lipid levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).(6)Safety indexes: there was no statistically significant difference in safetyindexes such as liver and kidney function between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),and no adverse reactions occurred in the whole treatment process between the two groups.Conclusion:Jianpi Wenshen recipe can improve the TCM syndromes of patients with subclinical hypothyroidism of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency and has certain clinical effect.Jianpi Warm kidney prescription can reverse TSH level,improve thyroid function.Jianpi Warming kidney prescription has no obvious toxic and side effects,good safety.
