Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of warming kidney and invigorating spleen method in treatment of functional constipation of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency.Method:1 The selected subject medical records were from the patients who were diagnosed Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency. All the patients come from the patient department and inpatient department of Hebei Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.2 The author chose the prospective randomized controlled clinical research methods.According to case takes standard and exclusion standard,the70 patients who were meet the standard will be randomly divided into Traditional Chinese medicine group and control group. The 35 cases in the Traditional Chinese medicine have taken warming kidney and invigorating spleen method. And 35 cases in the control group were treated with PEG4000.Besides one case of falling off from the Traditional Chinese medicine and one case removed in the control group and two cases were terminated. The total number of patients who participated in the statistical analysis 66 cases,34 cases in the Traditional Chinese medicine and 32 cases in the control group. One course of treatment will last 4 weeks. After the course of treatment, the patients were followed up for one month to observe the long-term effect.3 After the end of treatment, the author analyzed and evaluated the main symptom disappeared-rates,secondary symptom disappeared-rates,the total integral, symptom curative effect,long-term effect, security index.4 Using the SPSS21.0 statistical software to analyze the date.Thequantitative data conform to the normal of variance homogeneity using t test, expressing as mean±standard((?)±s);dose not meet the normal distribution and homogeneity of variance with rank and inspection;qualitative data usingc2test.To P<0.05,indicating that the comparison between groups was comparable;with P < 0.01,indicating that there was a significant difference between groups.Results:1 Analyzing by the statistical software, the sex, age, course, the condition and symptoms of the treatment show no statistical difference(P > 0.05)between the two groups. That is to say they all had comparability.2 As regard to the disappearance rate of symptoms showed that, the Traditional Chinese medicine is superior to PEG4000 in improving stool property, cold pain in abdomen, limbs not warm for patients. When it comes to treating defecation interval, defecation time, defecation difficulty, white and urine clear long, the two groups differs little.3 In the TCM symptoms of constipation therapeutic evaluation: the total effective rate of the Traditional Chinese medicine was 94.12%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 81.25%.After statistical analysis, the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),which indicated that the Traditional Chinese medicine was superior to the control group.4 Before and after treatment, the scores of the Traditional Chinese medicine were tested by rank sum test. The results were as follows P <0.01,suggesting that the Traditional Chinese medicine was significantly improved after treatment of TCM syndrome integral. The control group by rank sum test,P<0.01,suggesting that the control group in de treatment of TCM syndrome score after treatment has also been significantly improved. The Traditional Chinese medicine and the control group after treatment effect, the rank sun test P<0.01,indicating that the Traditional Chinese medicine was better than the control group, the two groups after treatment in the total score of TCM syndrome improvement has statistical significance.5 After following up the two groups of patients after one months, the recurrence rate in the Traditional Chinese medicine was 20%,the recurrence rate in the control group was 36.84 %,the score is statistically significant, indicating the long-term curative effect of Traditional Chinese medicine is better than the control group.6 In the Traditional Chinese medicine and the control group, there were no obvious abnormalities in blood routine, urine routine, fecal routine + occult blood test, liver function, renal function and electrocardiogram before and after treatment,The traditional Chinese medicine group(warming kidney and invigorating spleen method)and PEG 4000 had no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment of functional constipation due to deficiency of spleen and kidney yang Deficiency.Conclusion:1The clinical symptoms of warming kidney and invigorating spleen method can effectively improve Spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency in patients with functional constipation.2 Warming kidney and invigorating spleen method in treating Spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency in patients with functional constipation compared with PEG 4000,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, the total effective rate significantly higher than the control group.3 Warming kidney and invigorating spleen method improvement of Spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency type of TCM syndrome in patients with functional constipation cold pain in abdomen, limbs not warm, whose total score was higher than the control group.4 Treatment of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency by warming kidney and invigorating spleen method long-term curative effect of functional constipation, low recurrence rate, safe, reliable. It is worthy of further study and discussion.
