B B Cream In The Treatment Of Soft Tissue Injury In Experimental Research

To observe the influence of Yiyi cream on Interleukin-1βlevel of located soft tissue in acute injuring haematom a model Methods:A cute injuring haematoma rabbit modelw eremade and random ly divided into 4 groups:□Normal group,Yiyi cream group,votalin group,Sodium chloride group.Except nomal group.Except normal group,Yiyi cream,control drugs or equal volulme sodium chloride were given to the model animals by daub on the part of skin, 1day,2days,or 3days later,the injured tissue were taken out from the animals. The variation of histomorphology in injured tissue was observed under light microscope and transm ission electron micro scope. Part injured tissue was homogenated and the IL-1β,PEG-2 contents were measured through ELISA. Results:The congestion of injured tissue of Yiyi cream group and Votalin group resolved qucker than of sodium chloride group.The IL-1β&PEG-2 contents in sodium chloride group were higher than those in normal control group at each phase (P< 0. 01).Compared with votalin grou,there was no significant difference (P> 0. 05). Conclusions: Yiyi cream can promote the dissipation of injured tissue as well as accelerate the renovation of myofibrillar. Yiyi cream can inhabit the advancing level of IL-1βin injured soft tissue,this may be one of the mechanism of Yiyi cream can treat acute injuring haematoma by anti-inflamation.
