Design And Research On Public Space Of Rural Community Center In Jiebang Village Of Shanghai

In recent years,with the development of Chinese cities,the urbanization rate has gradually increased,and people’s attention has gradually turned to the construction of new villages,and rural communities have become more and more the grassroots organizational units in rural areas.In rural communities,community centers have also play an increasingly important position: it is not only a service and leisure place for the daily production and life of villagers,but also undertakes functions such as administrative office,teaching,cultural heritage,and industrial development.As the functional requirements carried by rural community centers become more diversified,their space requirements have also increased accordingly,especially for public spaces,which require more complex and versatile.The Shanghai Jiebang Village Auditorium Design Project comes from AZL Architects.It is an actual project that the author independently participated in during his graduate study.The author found that there are two major problems in the existing rural community center during the early research.First,the design concept of most rural communitie centers are still a kind of continuation of the design ideas of urban projects.Architecture and environment are separated.Second,there are relatively few studies on rural community centers,and in-depth discussion of their public spaces is scarce.The author believes that the public Space is the key to rural communitie centers.So the author combined with the design of Shanghai Jiebang Village Auditorium,took the public space of the rural community center as the research object,and proposed some related design methods and strategies,in order to provide a certain reference value for the future design of the rural community center.The article is divided into three parts.The first part is the first chapter,which is the background introduction.It conducts research and analysis from the aspects of problem raising,research background,and related concept elaboration,and prepares for further in-depth research.The second part includes the second chapter and the third chapter,which researches from the theoretical and practical aspects.The theoretical research part is the second chapter,which summarizes the existing theories and summarizes the status quo by consulting literature and other methods.The third chapter is the practical case analysis part.By combing the design of the public space of the rural community center,analyzing the characteristics of each project,a series of summary of the design concept,public space form,plane layout and other aspects of the rural community center public space design that meets the rural characteristics.In addition to applying the conclusions to the actual projects described later,The author also hopes to provide some valuable reference for the design of future public spaces in rural communitie center.The third part includes the fourth and fifth chapters,which is the design of the Shanghai Jiebang Village Auditorium Reconstruction Project.Based on the relevant conclusions of the previous research,the theoretical and practical research results of the design are applied to the actual project to verify the results.Finally,combining theory and practice,The author draws conclusions about the design of public spaces in rural community centers,and analyzed the shortcomings in the article,with a view to improving them in a more in-depth study in the future.The whole thesis contains about 24000 words,80pictures and charts.
