In the field of construction,China still has a certain gap compared with economically developed countries,especially in terms of the mechanization of construction machinery,the overall smoothness of the construction process and the skill literacy of staff.During the construction of the project,there are a large number of low-efficiency traditional operation methods,which have greatly affected the vigorous development of China's construction industry.In the traditional decoration works,people usually use manual work to complete the wall plastering work.This work is time-consuming and laborious,the work efficiency is not high,and the plastering effect is also different.Compared to the rapidly developing construction industry,the efficiency of traditional manual plastering can not keep up with the progress of the project,and the problem of plastering efficiency has become an urgent problem in the decoration project.In order to adapt to the competitive state of the entire construction industry faster and keep up with the pace of progress so that it will not be eliminated,only the efficiency and level of overall construction and construction will be improved,so intelligent building automatic plastering machines came into being.The use of manual plastering is time-consuming and labor-intensive,the labor intensity is large,and the production cost is correspondingly increased,so the production of automatic plastering machines also enhances the timeliness of plastering.The structure of the plastering machine is mainly composed of five parts,such as a plastering head mechanism,a hopper mechanism,a vertical rod mechanism,a motor box mechanism,and a plastering chassis.It can simulate the working state of manual plastering and can be completed in a work cycle.A series of actions such as loading,plastering,and calendering have greatly improved work efficiency and reduced labor intensity.The use of engineering machinery instead of manual production operations is an inevitable trend in the development of the market.The widespread promotion and use of plastering machines will certainly make the traditional plastering work farewell to the purely manual era.There are many types of automatic plastering machines,but they all have more or less shortcomings.In this study,after consulting a large number of relevant patents and papers,familiar with the structure of each part of the plastering machine and its working principle,based on the previous generation plastering machine designed by the teacher,combined with the complex working conditions of the construction site,The linkage mechanism and lifting mechanism have been optimized and improved.Among them,the linkage mechanism of the plastering machine connects the plastering plate,the plastering hopper and the body,which is the key to the good and bad plastering effect of the entire plastering machine.It performs optimization design and simulation analysis to make it meet the work requirements.Apply SolidWorks software to perform a 1: 1 three-dimensional modeling of the automatic plastering machine and conduct an interference inspection to determine that the dimensions of each component will not interfere with each other when the whole machine is assembled,affecting the normal operation of the plastering machine.In order to ensure the quality of plastering and meet the work requirements,MATLAB software was used to optimize the rod length of the designed linkage.The obtained results are used for modeling,and the kinematics analysis is performed by ADAMS software to obtain the motion laws of the linkage mechanism.After analysis,it can be known that the designed linkage mechanism meets the design requirements.Finally,ANSYS software was used to perform static analysis on the linkage mechanism of the plastering machine.After inputting the relevant parameters,the analysis showed that the linkage mechanism could meet the strength requirements.The linkage mechanism designed this time can ensure that the plastering machine runs smoothly and uniformly during the working process.At the same time,it provides important technical support for its further development and can even be extended to other machinery with similar movement laws to provide important references for its design and research.
