The bag-feeding packaging machine is a vacuum packaging machine,mainly for filling and vacuum packaging food.The first generation of the bag-feeding packaging machine adopts a swinging bag-moving device.During operation,certain parts will be worn to different degrees,resulting in a decrease in the working performance of the bag-feeding packaging machine and affecting the synchronization rate and Fit rate.In view of the above problems,this article reformed the structure of the first-generation bag-feeding packaging machine,designed a new type of bag-feeding packaging machine,and optimized the core mechanism of the new-style bag-feeding packaging machine-the bag moving device.The main content of this article:In view of the structural problems of the first-generation bag-feeding packaging machine,the structure design is carried out by analyzing the bag-moving process,bag-moving trajectory,working principle and technological process,and analyzing the bag-moving device,the machine-clamping turntable device,the bag-opening device and the bag-feeding device.The working principle of 3D modeling using Solid Works software.Aiming at the problem of the accuracy of the movement track of the bag-moving splint in the bag-moving device,the cam profile curve and the size of the connecting rod in the bag-moving device are optimized.First,formulate the timing diagram of the cam,understand the execution of the cam,use the analytical method to derive the theoretical formula of the actual cam profile,and use the MATLAB software to obtain the actual profile curve of the cam.Secondly,establish a mathematical model of the spatial linkage mechanism,derive the theoretical formulas of displacement,velocity and acceleration,and use MATLAB software to obtain the displacement,velocity and acceleration motion characteristic curves and the optimized linkage size.Import the cam profile curve data and connecting rod size into Solid Works software,and obtain the optimized three-dimensional model of the cam and connecting rod.Finally,the optimized three-dimensional model is simplified and imported into Workbench software and UG software for numerical simulation.The simulation results show that the optimized bag moving device meets the design requirements.Import the optimized three-dimensional model into ADAMS software for kinematics simulation,study the movement characteristics of the bag moving device under working conditions,and obtain the movement characteristic curve of the bag moving splint during the bag movement process.The analysis result of the movement characteristic curve verifies The optimized bag moving device meets the design requirements.Then the optimized mechanism is processed,debugged and tested,and the synchronization rate and fit rate before and after optimization are compared.The research results show that the stability of the optimized new bag-feeding packaging machine has been greatly improved,the on-site noise has been significantly reduced,the synchronization rate during the bag removal process has increased from97.1% to 98.5%,and the fit rate has increased from 94.4% to 98.1%.
