A high level of automation construction machinery which used in operation plays an important role in its own field.Compared with the economically developed countries in the building area our country have a big difference in the overall level of construction,the extent of equipment and the skills of workers.Now most traditional plaster work is mostly done manually,while there are a series of serious problems.Therefore,in this paper,based on the understanding of large number of papers and patent in the wall plaster machinery,developed a new type of plastering machine which has the advantage of ease of operation and adjustable thickness.Under the guidance of the rendering process standards,based on the principle of the most primitive rendering plaster workers,combined with the complicated working conditions and the actual needs of users,innovative puts forward a new type of concept design,.On the basis of the concept design,this paper gets a new design scheme,For realizing the integrity and practicability,It is constantly improved and perfected.Now lots of problems are exposed in plastering machine,For understanding the shortage of it and grasping the key technologies,this paper which focus on the main problems carries on a thorough analysis and study.It is not only carries on the 2 d design which targets for the various agencies and parts,but also innovative designs a variety of mechanism forms which include turnover,linkage of hopper,the top of hoisting system and the hoisting of friction.For the content of design,it carries on calculation,theory analysis and design optimization too.Considering the demands of safety,it does the overload test which focus on the mainly stress components.and gets the relevant test results.Translation the selected scheme into 3 d modeling which builds by Solidworks.At the same time,it has checked the interference of the model and analysised the motion simulation.using the conclusion from theory to verify the reliability of the assembly and mechanism motion of plastering machine.After four generations of prototype trial-manufacture,problems exposed have been improved for many times.Being continuously optimized for design scheme,finally it gets a reasonable structure of the product prototype,and fully proves the reasonable of the design scheme.The plastering machine which introduced in this paper,in the largest extent,has solved lots of problems in the traditional wall plaster machinery.Under the condition of meeting the requirements of the plaster,it not only reduces the worker labor intensity,but also greatly improves the economic efficiency.
