Automatic wall plastering machine has a lot of advantages,like higher degree of automation,higher construction efficiency,better construction quality and safer.Automatic wall plastering machine is the powerful construction equipment in the construction industry.And it is the trend of the construction industry in the future.Mortar jetting device for automatic wall plastering machine is the core of automatic wall plastering machine and it is the top priority in the study of automatic wall plastering machine at home and abroad.This paper took the automatic mortar sprayer as the research object.The simulation software Fluent was used for the simulation to have a deep understanding of the distribution of various parameters in the flow field of mortar jetting device for automatic wall plastering machine.And the influence of the parameters on the spray effect and performance of the automatic mortar spraying device was obtained through the analysis.Specific work is as follows:(1)A new design scheme of automatic wall plastering machine is put forward.The function of the new automatic wiping wall machine is analyzed,and then the structure of the new automatic wiping wall machine is determined based on the function requirement of the automatic wiping wall machine.Compared with the traditional wiping wall machine,the new wiping wall machine is easy to move,the blasting is integrated,and the design of the air inlet of the mortar spraying device solves the problem of the unevenness of the traditional single inlet spray.It can make mortar and compressed air more quickly mixed.(2)The mathematical model of the flow field in the mortar sprayer of new automatic wall plastering machine was established,and the fluidity of the mortar was determined by analyzing the fluid properties of the mortar.The numerical simulation method,the control equation,the multiphase flow model,the boundary condition and the discrete form of the equation are determined by using Fluent,which provides the basis for the simulation analysis of the flow field in the mortar sprayer.(3)The flow field in the mortar jetting device of automatic wall plastering machine was analyzed.And the cloud diagram and the graph were obtained.The parameters situation of each phase in the flow field of the automatic mortar spraying device was known through the analysis.(4)According to different parameters,the flow field in the automatic mortar spraying device was simulated by Fluent,like the angle of incidence of compressed air,the number of compressed air inlets,the length,width,thickness of the nozzle.The effects of the parameters on the spraying performance and the spray performance were analyzed in detail.And the most suitable structural parameters were selected.
