In the traditional building construction,plastering process is generally completed by the manual operation,but under the background of the rapid development of social economy,the traditional manual plastering efficiency has been unable to meet the demand of the economic benefit of production,The construction of mechanical automation has been rapid growth in order to better adapt to the competitive market economy and improve the efficiency and level of overall construction.At the same time,with the continuous development of education and the popularization of higher education in China,more and more construction workers have been subjected to higher education.Due to the continuous improvement of the quality of constructor,there presents the difficult employment of labor,with some expensive professional plastering workers become increasingly scarce and expensive,making labor costs of the process has increased year by year,and it is difficult to ensure plastering quality.The plastering machine is a new type of construction machinery,which is made up of the bottom frame,the vertical bar mechanism and the plastering mechanism,it is widely used in the construction.In this paper,the principle and method of modern mechanical design are used to analyze the dynamics of the plastering mechanism and optimize the structure.The application of mechanical dynamics analysis software ADAMS to analyze the plastering mechanism of multi-body dynamics,this article utilize kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis based on virtual prototyping model,based on this,the movement rules of each component in the plastering mechanism are obtained,and the force of each component and the components of the plastering mechanism are obtained.The results from the model analysis show that the plastering mechanism runs normally in the whole working cycle and meet the design requirements.At the same time,the dynamic simulation based on ADAMS provides the boundary conditions for the finite element simulation.Then,using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to complete the parametric modeling of friction lifting mechanism and plastering mechanism,and the finite element model of the supporting rod,the friction wheel and the hopper are established respectively.The finite element analysis and optimization design are carried out,and a new type of machine is assembled,after that,the actual plastering parameters are obtained by the plastering experiment.Finally,the research results of this paper have important reference value for the structural dynamic design of the plastering machine,and can provide guidance and help for the improvement and new design of all kinds of wall plastering machine.
