In recent years,with China’s sustained and rapid economic growth,it has undergone profound changes in power market,on the one hand,Electricity consumption growth has led to the growth of coal demand.But coal supply fluctuates in great by market,the current price is low.China’s energy policy is expected to follow the higher standard,at the same time,the people’s consciousness of environmental protection is more and more strong.The government will take more and more strict environmental protection measures.Desulfurization,denitrification,dust emissions are more stringent,it will lead to operation cost increasing in power plant and low profit margins.In addition,the pace of reform of electric power system is small and the price is under the control of the government.the enterprise has no voices.By the impact of macro-control,power utilization hours decreased year by years and price is also reduced.The traditional power enterprises face the enormous business pressure.CRP is a large-scale power generation enterprises,mainly in the coal-fired units.other energy such as hydropower,nuclear power,wind power,solar energy,waste generation and other few involved,clean energy accounted for less than 10%,it accounted for about 20%in five major power groups(China Huadian Co.Ltd.,Huaneng Power International etc).Currently although Thermal power industry profit is very high,but fluctuations of coal prices affect the great and there is no way to control coal prices trend.It is very risky.Environmental pollution has attracted more and more attention and development trend must be to increase clean energy supply proportion and avoid the risk of a single energy.This paper takes the CRP as the research object,elaborated the related theory of enterprise business transformation causes,characteristics and implementation methods of transformation.Because the external market environment has profound changes,from the political,legal,economic,technological,cultural and ecological environment,analyze the necessity of the transformation.With Potter "five forces" model,analyzes the existing problems of transformation of nuclear power,the company’s advantages and disadvantages in the transformation.This paper analyze the company’s human resources,technical structure,development ability,operation ability and risk control ability in the internal environment and clear the development direction to develop.Based on the analysis of the status of the CRP company,this paper draws up the corresponding strategic plan.To adapt to the reform and development of power market,accelerate the implementation of structural adjustment,CRP company should develop clean and efficient energy such as nuclear power、gas power、wind power and nuclear power.nuclear power ranks Nol.This paper puts forward the strategy of CRP company at the implementation of security measures,including getting qualifications,scientific layout;nuclear power construction workforce,improve the pay system,optimize management,implement cost control,the importance of nuclear safety management and prevention of financial risks and other aspects.This paper help CRP sorted out a more reasonable direction of the transformation,and the proposed initiatives have certain operation,I hope the results of this study contribute to company of CRP and other power companies in transformation.
