Since new century,China nuclear power plants(NPPs)are in blossom.NPPs are building along the coastlines of China.But till 2011,China NPPs are in postponed period affected by Japan's Fukushima nuclear leakage accident.Company A is a member of China Nuclear Engineering& Construction Corporation(CNEC)which takes part in the NPPs construction for a long time.Since established in September 2000,it is always focusing on the NPPs projects through China.Great achievements are made in concrete of NPP and ready-mixed concrete market is beginning to be expanded.Company A is at a standstill in the past three years and strategy is at sea affected by both short commencement of NPP and weak competitive capacity.At the beginning of 2017,centralized procurement business is taken back by CNEC due to the slow procurement activities.Strategy transformation for company A is becoming urgent because of the abovementioned situations.The theory of strategic management and research methods are applied in the paper.The detailed analysis and inspection are carried out on the issues in the company strategy by the beginning of strategic core issues of company A.Through analysis of the development mode and direction of company A,the two main contradictions in strategic recognition company A are disclosed.i.e.,enterprise transformation isvery urgent but lack of resource capacity,and enterprise management mechanism is rigescent and backward not to meet the modern market competition.By comparing with other subsidiaries of CNEC in value orientation analysis and strategic transformation,the management ability,strategy planning,strategy system and strategy execution ability of company A are inspected,the author proposes strategic transformation general idea “two-way development,introduce from other companies and concentration from internal company”.That is the stock and incremental business coordinated development,meanwhile,to integrate internal and external resources in order to intensive and federation development.BNBM group is chosen as the typical benchmark.The strategic transformation direction of company A is concluded by the business model analysis of BNBM group.After the careful and overall strategy inspection,the development strategy of company A is discussed from the several ways: views and values,strategy establishment and development direction of stock of business.The short-term,medium-term and long-term strategic plan and management objectives of company A are listed by the author.Finally the author makes useful suggestions for new business and brings forward the measures and guarantees for the strategy implementation of company A applying Superiority Weakness Opportunity Threat(SWOT)method,and indicate the direction for the company A's long-term development to keep the competitive advantage in the increasingly fierce market competition.At the same time,the author hopes that it has a certain guidance and reference significance for the other similar companies.
