As a very important building material,ready-mixed concrete is gradually standardized in China after nearly 30 years of development.However,as the ready-mixed concrete industry is positively correlated with GDP,fixed-asset investment,the external macro environment changes have a great impact on this industry.At present,China's economy is shifting from high-speed to high-quality and the investment in fixed assets and real estate tends to be flat.In addition,due to the transformation and upgrading of energy-consuming industries,the development of ready-mixed concrete industry tends to be flat in recent years,some enterprises' expansion and profitability are affected by factors such as economic restructuring and environmental protection.but there are also some large enterprises,such as Conch Cement,Hainan RuiZe,Sansheng Industria,timely transform and upgrade their development strategies,synergies between upstream and downstream industries are working well,so they operation well.As A top-ranking building materials enterprise in China and abroad,company A released the "13th five-year" strategic plan in 2016,However,through the search,it is found that the scale strategic targets related to operating revenue have been completed,but the operating quality is declining year by year,and the competitiveness continues to weaken.The main reason why company A's strategic objectives are not completed is that the external environment has changed greatly.Based on the current strategic environment facing company A,it is the key to solve the current problems for company A to put forward a suitable business development strategy by refining and analyzing key strategic elements,making strategic matching and selection.The logical sequence of the paper is: Firstly,the strategic management theory,strategic transformation theory,strategic management analysis methods and tools are summarized;The second is pose the question,this chapter introduces the strategic planning,business development strategy and the reasons why strategic planning objectives of company A have not been completed in the 13 th Five-Year Plan;The third is analyze the problem and solve problem,analyze the external and internal development environment,and use SWOT evaluation matrix for strategic matching,the matching results show that company A should transform from professional business development strategy to diversified business.In terms of strategic selection,through value chain analysis,general development path of the industry and interviews with senior management,the business development strategy target and positioning are also preliminarily proposed;Finally,company A needs to strengthen management from the aspects of organizational structure and management platform,business development strategy,talent guarantee mechanism,capital guarantee ability,r&d and innovation ability,and business process ability,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of strategic transformation.As the economy enters the new normal,enterprises can only achieve sustainable development by matching the business development strategy that best conforms to the current strategic environment.
