More and more weak current engineering project, the system is becoming more and more complex,and such projects generally to the requirement of the construction period of time limit for a project is more urgent.In this paper,based on the progress of the priority of the weak current engineering project management are studied, using MYZY study of project management as the research object of monitoring and control system. To catch the time limit for a project project, this paper studies how to carry out the project progress plan optimization, and lists the various schedule optimization method, and points out that the optimization method of steps and sequence. According to the schedule of this order and process for optimization, shorten project period is the most efficient; Under this schedule optimization steps of the priority project cost increase is from low to high, to give attention to two or morethings project cost and economic benefits. The following order:First hypothesis under the premise of no resource constraints, make a plan for the project schedule.Then,we can be used to adjust the network relationship to time limit for a project optimization. The beginning-end of the relationship between the key unit of work is adjusted for beginning, ending-start-start such overlapping network relationship.Step 3 using forced to shorten method to shorten the construction period,let workers to work overtime or increase the number of people to compress the key of the key work of the time limit for a project on the line.The fourth step by adjusting working relationship for schedule optimization.
