B&B Design Under The Background Of Traditional Houses In Yangshuo

The pace of life in modern cities is constantly accelerating,and the pressure on life and work of urban people is increasing.More and more people want to escape from the city.At the same time,with the increase in tourism demand and diversification of domestic urban residents,people are no longer satisfied with a single form of tourism and content,the countryside has become a desirable experience,and rural tourism has emerged.Traditional residential houses have become a strategic industry for rural construction with their unique resource advantages and original regional culture.How to integrate them with modern buildings and protect and activate traditional houses become an important issue.Yangshuo County is located in the northeast of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Yangshuo has rich natural landscape resources and cultural resources of ancient villages and towns.The reputation of "Guilin Landscape is the best in the world,Yangshuo Landscape is the best in Guilin" has existed since ancient times and laid a good foundation for the development of residential quarters.In recent years,the Yangshuo government has actively formulated relevant policies,promulgated relevant laws and regulations to support the development of the residential industry;the folk spontaneously set up the Yangshuo residential association to standardize the market order,improve service quality,accelerate transformation and upgrading of residential accommodation in Yangshuo,and a number of excellent residential accommodations have sprung up like mushrooms after a spring rain.A more successful case in the exhibition.This paper chooses Yangshuo Jiuxian Village as the main research object,deeply analyses the plane,planning,functional layout and construction methods of nine residential quarters in the village,and analyses the core value of residential quarters,how to embody its core value in the design,and excavates the contradiction between residential quarters and traditional villages,the development of residential quarters and local areas.Contradictions among villagers.Combining domestic and foreign theoretical research,excellent cases,try to put forward solutions,summarize design strategies,design techniques,provide reference cases and information for the development of Yangshuo residential quarters.This paper takes the natural features,historical culture and traditional houses in Yangshuo as the research background,and conducts on-the-spot investigation and Research on the residential quarters transformed from traditional houses in traditional villages of Yangshuo County.Among them,we focus on the residential reconstruction of Jiuxian villages.By summarizing the characteristics of the reconstruction and comparing the excellent residential cases at home and abroad,we explore the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional residential reconstruction in Yangshuo County,summarize the excellent experience and improvements that can be used for reference,and explore the strategies and methods of the transformation and renewal of traditional residential buildings.
