Research On The Application Of Total Quality Management In The Transformation And Upgrading Of S Construction Enterprises

Engineering quality is the key to the development and competition of construction enterprises,and is also the focus of government supervision and management in engineering under the new form.At the same time,under the guidance of changing market environment and policy,construction enterprises are facing the need of transformation and upgrading,which puts forward new and higher requirements for quality management of construction enterprises.Overseas,quality management has gone through the quality inspection stage,statistical quality stage,and developed to the total quality management stage.Total quality management(TQM)has been developed in China as a concept of quality management represented by "three full and one diversity".S construction enterprises in the transformation and upgrading process,the total quality management as an important means of company development,to strengthen enterprise quality management,promote enterprise transformation and upgrading has accumulated some experience.This paper takes the total quality management of S company as the research object,and carries out the quality management requirements and measures around the transformation and upgrading process of S company.Firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are expounded,and the research situation of quality management at home and abroad is analyzed.Secondly,the basic theory of total quality management is discussed.Thirdly,the relationship between transformation and upgrading of S enterprises and the development of total quality management is analyzed.Then the whole process,the whole staff and the whole enterprise of S enterprises are discussed.Finally,it analyzes the phased results of S enterprise,finds out the shortcomings and puts forward suggestions for improvement,and draws relevant conclusions and research deficiencies,and puts forward the prospect for the future.
