Project Quality Management On The Implement Of Municipal Construction

This thesis studies quality management problem in Binhai New Area G pumping station municipal engineering, which is based on management theory. We derive the following conclusions: firstly, we should strengthen quality management of organization in municipal engineering, then improve the entire personnel quality and quality philosophy of project management by implementing total quality management, and achieve good results from continual quality improvement. Finally, through the example of G pumping station engineering, we find the quality of this project is guaranteed from strength of quality management of organization and the appliance of the total quality management theory.This research is of high practice and appliance, which casts a new light on how to manage municipal engineering systematically and comprehensively.
