Study On The Practical Strategy Of Total Quality Management In DH Company Powertrain Factory

Total Quality Management(TQM)is a management model designed to improve quality.It is quality-focused and based on full participation,for achieving long-term success with customers' satisfaction and the benefits of all members of the organization and society,thus the organizational performance continues to improve.This management model is widely recognized in the manufacturing industry represented by the United States and Japan.The service industry has also succeeded in using this management model to improve the service quality.From "Made in China" to "Quality in China",although technological innovation is a key factor,quality improvement is the basic premise.In today's increasingly competitive world,quality has gradually become an important competitive advantage.This thesis firstly briefly expounds the research background and research significance of this paper,and sorts out the relevant research results at home and abroad.And it gives a thorough explanation of the basic contents and methods of total quality management.Then,the thesis analyzes the quality management status of DH company powertrain factory,finds out the problems and deficiencies,and proposes improvement suggestions.And it predicts the potential problems and emergencies in the implementation of these improvement measures,and proposes prevention and disposal measures to provide guarantee for the subsequent specific advancement.Finally,the thesis summarizes the key points of attention in the promotion of total quality management.Although total quality management has been widely recognized in the United States and Japan,it is impossible to completely copy the practices of other countries in the promotion of Chinese enterprises.It should adapt to China's national conditions and the conditions of enterprises themselves.This thesis aims to provide a reference for the implementation of total quality management in China's manufacturing industry via the summary of DH company's experience,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
