| In recent years,China’s economy as a whole has been in a state of continuous growth.The demand of enterprises and individuals for air transport and travel is increasing,and the requirements and standards are becoming higher and higher.China’s civil aviation industry is also experiencing explosive growth.At the national level,the Outline for Building a Strong Transportation Country was proposed to clarify the requirements for the advancement of the entire industry,the development plan,guide the stable and healthy development of the civil aviation industry,and grasp the opportunities for transformation and opportunities.At this stage of development,the civil aviation industry has gradually begun to transform and upgrade.The development pattern is undergoing tremendous changes.All airlines in the industry have entered the stage of overall quality improvement.The entire civil aviation industry will play a more important role in the global economic development.L Airlines is a medium-sized private airline in China.Its business scope includes domestic,regional and international air passenger and cargo transportation business.In order to quickly adapt to the complex and changeable market environment at home and abroad and ensure the self-development of quality,it is particularly important for L airlines to continuously optimize the total quality management system and improve the company’s operation efficiency and management quality.This paper takes L airlines as an example to study its problems in total quality management.On the basis of literature analysis,interviews and in-depth research are used to carry out research from the aspects of organization,process,mechanism and culture.The key problems such as imperfect quality management organization,lack of process and system standard design were found.Through problem analysis and research,this paper puts forward corresponding optimization strategies from the aspects of improving the organizational structure of TQM,strengthening process management and system standard construction,tamping process control and continuous improvement,and building TQM culture,and formulates specific implementation measures and promotion suggestions.This paper studies the construction and implementation of total quality management in private airlines.The relevant research conclusions provide the direction and specific implementation methods for the high-quality development of L airlines,which is helpful to provide experience for other airlines and help promote the high-quality and rapid development of the civil aviation industry. |
