With the development of China's economy,the output value of home decoration industry is increasing year by year.People's demand for home decoration quality is getting higher and higher,the market competition is becoming more and more intense,the competition among industries is becoming increasingly fierce,and the means of competition are increasingly rich.Especially under the guidance of the idea,that is “Internet +”,the home decoration industry is bound to usher in a dramatic change.Therefore,it is increasingly important to continuously optimize and innovate marketing strategies.Home decoration marketing is not only simple product sales and engineering construction,but also service product marketing,that is,home decoration marketing is service marketing.Therefore,the first task of service marketing is to find and satisfy their needs on the condition of focusing on consumers.This article takes MQ as the research object,from the perspective of service marketing,using PEST,SWOT,Porter five force model to analyze the operation and market environment of MQ company;to study the advantages and disadvantages of MQ internal and external development,opportunities and threats.It also discusses the future competition situation of home decoration industry,analyzes the marketing status and existing problems of MQ company,and found that the current management and operation mode of MQ has lagged behind the current market competition demand.At the same time,as consumers become more and more rational,MQ,as a traditional home decoration enterprise,must overcome its own shortcomings to make up for shortcomings,change thinking,select the appropriate target customer groups,adopt effective service marketing strategies and carry out continuous innovation if it wants to not be eliminated in the future multi-fierce competition.Finally,through the analysis of MQ company,it proposes optimization suggestions for its service marketing strategy,with service as the guiding ideology,and runs through the whole process of operation.All business activities such as sales,design and construction and so on,should start from meeting customers' needs and provide customers with satisfactory products and services as the main purpose.According to the research results,combined with the characteristics of China's home decoration market and the current situation of MQ operation,this paper puts forward the optimization suggestions for 7Ps of service marketing,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for operators of home decoration industry on how to better carry out service marketing.
