In recent years,China's economic development is changing with each passing day,people's income level continues to improve,live a rich life,the expenditure for house decoration has also increased significantly,providing favorable conditions for the development of the home decoration industry.However,due to the intensification of market competition and the shift of consumer preferences,home decoration enterprises are required to adapt to the cruel market test,actively carry out marketing strategy innovation and optimization,and seek breakthroughs in marketing.It is of great significance to study the marketing strategy of A home decoration company.This paper focuses on the optimization of A Home Decoration Company's marketing strategy,and studies and discusses the problem from three aspects:proposing,analyzing and solving the problem.Firstly,the concepts of marketing,marketing strategy,service marketing,network marketing and home improvement company are defined,and then the STP theory,4Ps marketing mix,service marketing and network marketing are discussed and reviewed.On this basis,the case study method,investigation and qualitative analysis method and other research methods are used to analyze the status quo and problems of the marketing strategy of A Home Decorating Company.This paper argues that A problems in commercial real estate company marketing strategy including target market development and the conversion efficiency is low,the "popularization" products to meet the personalized needs of consumers and "fixed profit space" is difficult to realize flexible pricing,the traditional "direct" difficult to efficient development of potential customers,sales promotion means A lack of innovation leading to poor for the guest,marketers can meet Fee is a high quality of service requirements,etc.,and points out that the causes of the formation of these problems lies in the "customer oriented" fuzzy market selection,product development ability is low impact value enhancement,the lack of scientific product pricing mechanism,the inefficient channel strategy for consumers is limited,lack of diversified forms of network marketing,the marketing personnel's professional knowledge and service levels need to further improve.In view of the problems analyzed and the reasons for their formation,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for A Home Improvement Company's marketing strategy optimization,including customer-oriented precise positioning of the target market,optimization of 4Ps marketing mix strategy,and overall improvement of service quality under the guidance of service marketing.It also discusses the guarantee conditions for the optimization of marketing strategy of A commercial real estate company,including the construction of "consumer-oriented" marketing strategy concept,the strengthening of "striver-oriented" marketing team construction,and the creation of strict quality management system to maximize customer satisfaction.Finally,the thesis is summarized and the prospect of future research is put forward.The countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of marketing strategy of A Home Decorating Company proposed in this paper have reference significance for the management practice of related enterprises.
