Due to the particularity of the domestic commercial vehicle aftermarket,dealers in the overall aftermarket channel have formed a market pattern with small scale and mainly divided into regions.With the release of national policies and favorable economic signals,and the continuous warming of the commercial vehicle sales market,many opportunities and challenges are presented to the after-market dealers,and higher requirements of enterprise operation and management are put forward to the after-market dealers.Human resource management,as the most critical module in enterprise management,how to provide enterprises with human resources that match the development strategy and how to ensure the balance between the supply and demand of human resources have become an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of human resource management.This paper chooses YJ Auto Parts Company to carry out the research on human resource planning,because the company,as a dealer focusing on the commercial vehicle aftermarket,has become one of the top three enterprises in the same industry in China after 20 years of development,and has the right to speak and influence in the industry.In the process of enterprise operation and management from distributors to service providers,human resource management has not yet been established systematically,resulting in the mismatch between human resources and the company’s development strategy,resulting in the imbalance between supply and demand.Therefore,the formulation of scientific and effective human resource planning has become a key issue to be promoted urgently.This article from the introduction of the research objective,train of thought and framework,under the guidance of the theory in the study of both at home and abroad to find research methods,and in the core concepts and theoretical basis of human resource planning,human resources management present situation and the present situation investigation analysis the influencing factors of human resource planning,in view of the practical problems existing in the combination of human resource supply demand forecasting human resources planning is put forward,and supplemented by implementing countermeasure and safeguard measures.Human resource planning is of great significance to guide and regulate enterprises to conduct corporate management.Establishing a scientific and systematic human resource planning scheme to achieve the balance between supply and demand can solve the common problems encountered by enterprises in human resource management.Through the research on the human resource planning of YJ auto parts company,it is helpful for the enterprise to establish the human resource planning scheme,to provide the human resource matching with the strategy for the development of the enterprise,and to provide reference and reference for the commercial vehicle aftermarket dealers in the human resource planning.
