With the deepening of a new round of world technological revolution and industrial revolution,every country has been impacted.After decades of rapid economic development in China,the economy is constantly deepening into the "new normal",and enterprises in the traditional extensive development model can no longer meet the needs of today’s economic development.Especially manufacturing enterprises,with the implementation of the "Made in China 2025" strategy,All kinds of manufacturing enterprises in China are also riding on the express train of development,however,in the process of enterprise development,not only rely on the opportunities of the times,but also rely on their own capabilities and attach importance to the cultivation of internal talents.With the rapid development of the company,the company’s talents must also keep pace with the times,which brings new challenges to human resource management.To gain a competitive edge in an increasingly competitive market environment,companies need to constantly make profound management changes.FQ company is a manufacturing small and medium-sized enterprise engaged in the design,production and sales of auto parts.It has gone through more than 10 years of ups and downs since its establishment.The company has developed rapidly and achieved one development peak after another,but it has been greatly impacted and challenged recently.For a long time,the management system and management concept have not been changed accordingly,especially in the aspect of human resource management.Through the investigation and analysis of the human resources related situation of FQ company,this paper finds that the problems existing in the current stage of human resources management of FQ company mainly include three aspects: poor training effect,insufficient performance incentive and low salary satisfaction;The reason,using scientific performance appraisal and remuneration factors and other human resource management related theories,this thesis formulates corresponding improvement plans,mainly including updating training methods;increasing performance appraisal dimensions;ability and salary matching.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the improvement plan,safeguard measures in terms of culture,system,technology and funds are given.This paper aims to solve the existing problems of FQ company and make enterprises realize the importance of human resource management.At the same time,it provides relevant professional guidance for manufacturing smes on how to improve human resource management ability and retain talents under the circumstance of limited financial resources,and provides reference for enterprises to formulate effective human resource management methods.
