Research On The Design And Realization Of Smart Parks Oriented To User Needs

As the important open space in the city,urban parks are one of the best places for people to relax,play,do exercises,socialize or participate other activities,however,many urban parks are facing severe issues,such as heavy traffic both in and out of the parks,public space usage conflicts,public security risks and relatively poor services.The developmental concept and technologies of Smart Parks,to a certain degree,can solve or improve those issues.It is a significant part of Smart City,and aims to improve the management level and service quality of the park by using the intelligent concept and technology.At present,most of the domestic and foreign researches focus on the constructive process and management of the smart parks,and there is lack of in-depth studies on the construction philosophy and implementation methodology of the smart parks centering on the consumer needs.Therefore,based on the theory and practice,this paper explores the construction of smart parks from the perspective of consumer needs.Firstly,this research will list the common issues that traditional urban parks are facing,and analyze consumer's needs for smart parks from five dimensions: comfort,practicality,sense of place,accessibility and safety.Secondly,this paper will discuss about smart park's integrated design framework and technical implementation methodology by focus on three aspects: traffic system both in and out of the parks,public security system and public service system,to attempt to meet consumers' needs and solve those issues that traditional urban parks faced.Thirdly,this paper will present the implementation effect of smart parks in visitors' perspective throughout their journey.Finally,this paper will verify the implementation process of smart park's design architecture by taking the example of Shenzhen Xiangmi Park,and explore smart park's innovative development model.This paper aims to enrich the relevant theoretical knowledge of smart parks to provide reference for smart park's innovation and development.It is expected that the paper will draw more attention on consumer's need and the improvement of the park's management and service level,thereby,to meet the development needs of urban parks in the new era.
