The Design And Study Of The Urbancomplex Under The Smart Cities

With the booming of the urban complex in the city construction in our country, it is of vital importance for the urban complex to promote the compound usage of the urban space, and to increase the level of city intensification and the efficiency of the investment into the city construction. It is also the effective method to realize the cities’ sustainable development. The construction of the urban complex is interconnected with the urban development. In the design process of the urban complex, the key question to be studied lies in how to congregate large numbers of city functions in order to give full play to the aggregation effect. The complexity function of the urban complex itself and the highly communication function can become the importantly intelligent function point coordinating each system in the smart city development network. Under this view, the architectures based on the urban complex of smart cities have the character of space and scenery in the building itself. Therefore, it is practical to put the rese arch of urban complex into the background of smart cities. Therefore, it is essential and feasible to embody the urban complex study into the background of the smart cities.Based on the research of the smart cities, this study chooses the urban complex as the target and tries to make the explanations in three aspects: the functional analysis of the urban complex, the building and space of the smart city complex and the landscape and space of the smart city complex.The three main points are explained as follow: First of all, the practice of the smart city progress and the functional needs of the city complex are analyzed. Initiating with the smart city development, the paper seeks the practical evidence of the existence and development of the urban complex and make a deep exploitation of the functions of the urban complex. Specifically, the paper makes the research from the perspective of the functional features of the urban complex, the functional orientation of the compound buildings and the functional or ientation of the aggregation cities. Besides, the building and space of the urban complex are studied, with the relationship between the design of the urban complex and the city development, and the impact of the functional needs of the smart cities to the building space of the city complex as its core. Finally, the paper focuses on the landscape design, which can not only satisfy the need of city beautification, culture presentation and ecology pursuit, but also bring psychology pleasure to the people living in the urban complex.By learning and analyzing the advanced experiences of the typical projects of domestic and oversea urban complex, contrasted with the status-quo of the domestic urban complex design, the paper makes a discussion about creating a hu manized theory and method of city characteristics from the perspective of the relations between the urban functions and features, and the urban complex. It also aspires to propose meaningful and feasible suggestions.
