Research On The Protection And Activation Of Ancient Villages From The Perspective Of Value Evaluation

The rapid advancement of urbanization and the accelerating pace of urban construction have made the problem of conservation and revitalizeof ancient villages more and more serious and complicated.First of all,the conservation and revitalize of ancient villages are difficult to adapt to the needs of rapid urban economic development.Secondly,the value assessment system for ancient villages in China is still in the exploration stage,which makes it difficult to obtain real assessment of the value of ancient villages.Finally,ancient villages is a complex and variable system,and its conservation and revitalize needs to be explored according to the value evaluation results of the village,so that it can be based on evidence and can be relied upon.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the value of ancient villages,and to explore the conservation and revitalize of ancient villages based on value assessment.Hubeigu Village,located in the central area of Luohu,Shenzhen,dates back more than 500 years ago to the Ming and Qing Dynasties.It is the only ancient village in the downtown area of Shenzhen that still retains the traditional pattern and historical features.It is a uniquesample in Shenzhen.However,in the context of rapid urban renewal,Hubeigu Village is facing the dilemma of demolition and reconstruction,which has also caused many social problems.This paper selects Hubeigu Village as the research object,hopes to evaluate its value,clarify its precious value,and explore the conservation and revitalize of the village under the guidance of the value evaluation results.At the same time,it provides reference for the conservation and revitalize of the same type of ancient village.The paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which puts forward the research background,purpose and significance of the thesis,the research content and innovation points and the technical route.The second chapter analyzes the related concepts,and at the same time sorts out the evaluation of the value of ancient villages at home and abroad.The related research on conservation and revitalize;the third chapter combs the conservation and revitalize process of Hubeigu Village,and conducts a comprehensive investigation on the material and non-material environment of the village,systematically understands the development status and characteristics of the village,and then refers to the existing evaluation system at home and abroad.Combined with the characteristics of Shenzhen,a new evaluation system was constructed for Hubegu Village and its value was evaluated.The fourth chapter analyzes and compares the conservation and revitalize cases similar to Hubeigu Village based on the characteristics and evaluation results of Hubeigu Village.On the basis of the previous chapter,the fifth chapter explores the conservation and revitalize of Hubeigu village;the sixth chapter is the research conclusion,and points out the shortcomings of the paper and the future prospects.
