Research On The Third Party's Participation In The Urban Renewal Of The Hubei Village In Shenzhen

When the city has reached a certain stage,urban renewal is bound to happen.Since 2005,Shenzhen has an unsustainable supply of land for urban development.So,Shenzhen opened up its urban renewal process.As a pioneer of urban renewal,the urban renewal's model of Shenzhen has experienced from a government-led phase to a market-leading phase and gradually explored an updated mode of government-led and market operation.Under this unique mode,the enthusiasm of public participation has increased correspondingly.At the same time,a special form of public participation-Third-party's participation begins to emerge.The most representative case of third-party's participation is the renewal of the Hubei ancient village,which is located in Shenzhen.The exploration of the reason and effect of the third party's participation in the renewal of Hubei village will have certain practical significance to the orderly promotion of the urban renewal system in Shenzhen.Based on the related literature,taking the renewal of Hubei village as the research object,taking the case study method and depth interview method as core methods,following the research ideas of "background analysis – process description – role analysis – reason exploration – optimization suggestions",this paper will try to convey the third-party participation process of Hubei ancient village renewal in a real and detailed way in the perspective of academic research,with the help of relevant media reports and academic materials,through in-depth interviews with relevant personnel including party,designer,government,third party,villagers and tenants,as well as analysis the data of news reports about Hubei from 2011 to 2017,We Chat public number tweets,tweets readings and so on.Based on the process of third party participation in the urban renewal of Hubu ancient village,the author analyzes the role of third party participation,explores the reasons and causes of third party participation.Through research,the author find that third party's participation plays a positive role in the renewal of Hubei village,compensating effectively for some defects of public participation.The author find that the imperfect public participation mechanism is the main driving factor of the third party's participation.The Internet public opinion in the new media era is an important driving factor of the third party's participation,and that the third party's participation still has some limitations.Based on the update of the policy environment and social environment in Shenzhen,the optimization suggestions for the third party's participation are put forward.
