With the deepening of the top-level design of the comprehensive deepening reform,State-owned enterprises have also entered the key period of reform.The success of an enterprise is realized by the combination of advanced technology,perfect system and good corporate culture.Technology and system can be replicated,and corporate culture is unique to the enterprise and is the sum of all the activities of the enterprise.It is the soul of the enterprise and cannot be copied.Faced with the challenges of flexible private enterprises and small and micro enterprises,if State-owned enterprises want to be invincible and continue to grow and develop,they must cope calmly.In addition.State-owned enterprises have their national mission and play a pivotal role in the country’s political,economic,cultural and social aspects.Therefore,in addition to the general market significance,the cultural construction of State-owned enterprises also has the function of building socialist core values.From this aspect,the corporate culture construction of State-owned enterprises has a special significance.Company A is the backbone of China’s top 500 companies,China Railway Group Co.,Ltd.It is a large-scale enterprise group based on cross-industry operations under the general contracting of engineering construction.Judging from the historical data of the company’s development,the company’s development is closely following the national policy and is growing stronger and stronger under the guidance of the national macro policy.After the reform and opening up in 1978,after experiencing the Cultural Revolution,the company quickly recovered from the state of construction production and management stagnation.The company changed from a production-oriented company to a production-oriented enterprise,and through the implementation of"Budget package to create a superior project","100 yuan output value wage",a series of reforms and management measures,have rapidly improved the quality and efficiency of the project and accelerated the growth and growth of the company.In the 21st century,the company entered the high-speed development of the era train with a brand-new look,and started a new journey with a new identity.The business scope gradually expanded from the jurisdiction of the original railway bureau to the whole country,and successfully took the country.In recent years,along with the national "The Belt and Road" initiative,the construction company has set up an overseas business unit and the overseas market has continued to expand.This paper obtains first-hand information through questionnaires and field interviews,and conducts in-depth analysis of the survey results.It is found that Company A has many problems in the construction of corporate culture.For example.In the spirit of corporate culture,many corporate culture concepts of-Company A are simple imitations.They do not pay attention to the characteristics of the company itself and lack of innovation.The company’s core values and entrepreneurial spirit have not shown its unique cultural advantages,so its cultural cohesion is relatively weak.In the corporate system culture,the construction of corporate culture system of Company A seems to be more sloppy and lacks strategic planning.The company also has many shortcomings in dealing with the integrity,systemicity and particularity of culture.All departments of the enterprise have the culture of each department,but the department culture is formulated by the management personnel of each department according to their own understanding of the corporate culture and their own preferences.Many departmental cultures are contrary to the overall cultural construction of the company,resulting in various Culture is mixed.In corporate behavior culture,although cultural activities are diverse,it makes the construction of corporate culture too simplistic.These activities are just external manifestations of corporate culture and cannot penetrate into the core of corporate culture.In corporate material culture,the homogenization of cultural construction is serious,and it is impossible to highlight its special position from the fraternal units.This paper analyzes and diagnoses the current situation of Company A.finds out its problems and shortcomings,and puts forward the specific measures and implementation suggestions of Company A’s corporate culture construction.At the same time,I hope that the research in this paper can provide some reference or reference for the construction of corporate culture of other similar enterprises.
