With the intensive construction of large-scale water conservancy and hydropower projects in Yunnan Province.the employment and the lagging of Later Supporting industry behind resettlement has begun to appear.In order to solve the above problems,it is necessary from Geography-Deciding Theory,Resettlement economic integration,correlation theory of immigration employment and industrial migration,Stakeholder Management Theory-Sustainable Development Theory of view,adopt methods of literature-collecting,on-site investigation method,System analysis method to investigate the actual situation of immigrant employment and industrial support,and data analysis.Through analysis,it is found that the key to achieving or exceeding the original living standard after resettlement is to effectively improve the employment skills of immigrants,and the urbanized resettlement of immigrants,lower cultural level,backward ideology and poor employment survival skills are the main causes of migrants’living difficulties.Based on the above-mentioned problems,the actual situation of Y Company and the needs of Qiaojia County,the research starts with the development strategy research of Qiaojia Immigration Industry Development Center,proposes a series of targeted and operational project operation methods and strategies,for solves the problems related to immigration employment and after-immigration help while Y Company developing healthy and sustainable development.The research results can provide practical support for the follow-up development strategy of Y Company,and also have reference significance for the future investment activities of other third-party immigration industry investment institutions.
