Research On The Development Dilemma Of Rizhao Airport And Its Breakthrough Countermeasures

With China's economic development model changing from speed to quality,emerging industries will eliminate backward industries.Civil aviation industry has the characteristics of high technology,high standards and high efficiency,and plays an irreplaceable role in promoting regional economic transformation and high-quality development.For this reason,new airport projects have sprung up all over the country.However,due to the late start of the development of civil aviation industry in China,especially regional aviation,there is a big gap compared with foreign counterparts;on the other hand,the domestic research on Civil Aviation industry,especially the development of regional airports,is relatively scarce,leading to the lack of necessary theoretical guidance for the development of civil aviation industry.In this context,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the plight and Countermeasures of regional airports.On the basis of systematically combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper analyses the related concepts of Regional Airport and regional aviation,elaborates and analyses the relevant theories,and takes Rizhao Airport Development as an example,deeply analyses the difficulties faced by the development of Regional Airport from multiple perspectives.First,the development potential of small urban volume is low,the population is small and the per capita income level is low.As a result,the development potential of airports is limited.Second,it is greatly affected by the ground traffic and the surrounding airports.Rizhao Airport passenger source is seriously affected by the surrounding airports represented by Qingdao Airport and the newly opened high-speed rail diversion.Third,it lacks the support of characteristic industries and has a single source of income.Fourthly,there are insufficient professionals to support the development needs.Aiming at the dilemma faced by the development of regional airports,through literature analysis,case and comparative analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to break through the realistic dilemma of regional airports: first,strengthen the utilization of tourism resources to enhance passenger flow,and make full use of the rich tourism resources in Rizhao City to enhance passenger flow.The second is to strengthen the level of operation and management and open up innovative models to cope with the impact of high-speed rail and the diversion of surrounding airports with a variety of measures.Thirdly,we should strengthen the development of characteristic industries,increase revenue,develop airport freight business,vigorously develop the shipping industry and build an airport economic zone.Fourth,we should improve the human resources management system,strengthen the introduction of talents and personnel training,and build a talent incentive system to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.
