Recently,with the rapid development of our country,people’s living standards have been generally improved,the pace of people’s life speeding up,air transportation has become a popular way out among folks.Air cargo as well as air passenger transport,the proportion of which has become increasingly high,and plays an essential role in integrated transport system.The 13 th Five-Year Plan period is the decisive stage for our country to build a well-off society in an all-round way and the key period for the construction of a powerful civil aviation.This puts forward new requirements for the civil aviation industry of our country and is an important opportunity as well as a great challenge for the development of civil aviation.The Inner Mongolia autonomous region has been vigorously developing regional aviation in the past few years,in order to implement the national development strategy,improve the quality of urbanization,and promote the release of demand and the greater mobility of elements.It is of great strategic significance to accelerate the construction of comprehensive transportation system and improve the accessibility of medium and small cities.Faced with the great opportunities and tremendous challenges,how can China Express Airlines develop rapidly in Inner Mongolia.Now this paper tries to put forward some suggestions about regional aviation business of China Express Airlines in Inner Mongolia based on strategic plan,overall environment and perfect marketing service system and so on.In order to know the general environment and competitors about regional aviation business of China Express Airlines in Inner Mongolia,this paper expounds the characteristics of the external and internal environment of China Express Airlines,and also analyze its own resources.Besides,this paper also introduces the SWOT analysis method,which is commonly used in situation analysis.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of China Express Airlines regional aviation business in Inner Mongolia,and systematically studies how to select and formulate the strategy in the development of the branch aviation business of China Express Airlines.Finally,this paper puts forward some related strategies from the aspects of strategic implementation and so on.Some aspects,such as brand strategy,channel construction strategy and human resource strategy,providing necessary reference for China Express Airlines to develop its regional aviation business in Inner Mongolia.
