Research On The Quality Management And Control Of Y Company's Automobile Product Development

With the increasingly fierce competition in the automotive industry market,various automotive manufacturers speed up the development and release of new products,in order to maintain market share and improve customer satisfaction.At present,there is no complete product development quality management process system in the domestic light truck industry,the development of vehicle product is mainly based on dealer feedback lack of market product research,products that are often developed cannot meet the real needs of users,which result in waste of resources and product quality does not meet user expectations.In order to improve the above situatioon,they have invested in the construction of project quality management system.Company Y does not have a complete and effective development quality management control method,lacks quality planning activities,lacks quality control in the project design stage,lacks systematic quality control in the physical manufacturing stage,lacks regular quality audit of the project,and the quality control work is disordered.This paper re-designed the product development quality management control method from the perspective of industrial engineering combined with Y company product development.From the application of QFD quality function development tools,research on customer needs,quality planning,quality control in product design stage,quality control in physical production stage,and PQRR valve review,etc.,implement quality management and control throughout the process,and simultaneously by means of use quality tools to analysis of quality issues,which optimizes the quality control method and process of product development.
