With the process of global economic integration and the continuous development of science and technology,the global automobile industry shows a completely different development trend from the past in terms of the whole industry technology,production,manufacturing and sales.As one of the most important economic pillar industries of China,automobile industry has developed rapidly in recent years driven by economic globalization.From the perspective of the development process of China's automobile market,it has experienced nearly 30 years of continuous growth,especially in the past 10 years,the development of China's automobile is more rapid,and it has become the world's largest automobile production and marketing country for nine consecutive years.Although the growth rate of automobile sales has slowed down in the past two years,the annual sales volume is far more than any other country in Europe and America.However,China's automobile industry has experienced a period of rapid development and stable growth,and then gradually entered a period of adjustment.The demand of consumers is changing,the expectation of consumers is changing,the industrial chain is changing,and a new trend is gestating.In the past two years,China's automobile industry has experienced unprecedented negative growth and the rise of new energy technology.Both traditional main engine plants and auto parts companies are facing huge challenges.Quality is a guarantee for the survival,development and growth of an enterprise,and a sharp tool for market development.The quality of products will seriously affect the development of enterprises,so the quality management is the top priority of enterprise management.With the development of automobile industry,the market is becoming more and more mature,customers pay more and more attention to the quality of products,the competition of the whole industry will be more and more fierce and cruel.As the basis and important part of the automobile industry,whether the auto parts company can control the product quality and build an effective quality management system is very important,which will become one of the key factors affecting the market competitiveness.MZ company is mainly engaged in R & D and production of fixed pedals and electric pedals.After more than ten years of development,the company has grown from an initial company of about 30 people to a company with a scale of nearly 1000 people.From the initial service only to domestic independent brand suppliers,to the current service to foreign-funded main engine plants,its annual turnover has reached several hundred thousand to several hundred million,MZ company is growing.In recent years,with the rise of SUVs and pick-up trucks,as well as the increasing demand of customers for intelligent vehicles,the market demand for automotive electric pedals is gradually increasing,and MZ company's projects are more and more.But at the same time,the company found some serious quality management problems,which led to the failure of quality objectives,the gradual increase of customer complaints,and the gradual decline of customer satisfaction,which hindered the future development of the company.This paper first introduces the background of the development of China's automobile industry,and then analyze the current situation and existing problems of the development of the automobile industry,especially the problems of quality management.This paper discusses the significance of quality management optimization,and then based on the basic theory of the existing quality management system and quality improvement method,taking the electric deployable pedal as the research object,combs the existing product quality management system and existing process of MZ company,evaluates the operation effect of the existing quality management system,and then uses the PDCA theory and method to solve the existing problems of MZ company To sum up,analyze the causes of the problems in product quality management,and then optimize the product quality management system,including the optimization of product quality management organization structure,improvement of product quality management control process,improvement of supplier management method,and improvement of product quality management system.Finally,in order to ensure the successfully implement improved quality management process,some safeguard measures have been formulated by the company,such as human resource safeguard,capital safeguard,technology safeguard and cultural philosophy safeguard.The conclusion of this paper is that the PDCA cycle can improve the quality management of the company,and the quality of the company's products has been improved.At the same time,I hope that the research results of this paper can be used for reference to the quality management system of the same industry or other auto parts manufacturers.
