Research On The Evaluation Of The Flexibility Of Shandong Peninsula Port Logistics Service Supply Chain

With the rapid development of the global economy,merchandise trade between countries has become more frequent.In particular,the “Belt and Road” summit has also promoted China's trade with other countries.Research shows that a lot of global trade must be achieved by sea transport.In this process,the port is not only a single transportation node.At the same time,it also promotes the economic and trade development of related companies and the surrounding radiation sites,and thus promotes the development of the global economy.Shandong Peninsula has excellent natural conditions.It is in an advantageous position both geographically and as a resource.It is adjacent to many countries and has a wide range of internal radiation.However,Shandong Peninsula's own infrastructure,production technology,information,and other development does not have an absolute advantage,the development has yet to be improved,and the port logistics service supply chain can not achieve the desired flexibility in adapting to changing environments and the sensitivity of the reaction.In terms of degree,there are no major differences in strategically arranged ports,resulting in fierce competition between ports and ports.Therefore,it is necessary to study the flexibility of the logistics service supply chain in the Shandong Peninsula port in order to enable the port to be sustainable and to improve its response to the changing environment.This paper firstly studies the overseas and domestic port literature,understands the general development of the industry,analyzes the development status of Shandong Peninsula Port,and secondly,analyzes the necessity of the flexible development of the Shandong Port Logistics Service Supply Chain.Then,according to the logistics service supply chain flexibility theory,the first and second-level index systems and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation models for the flexible evaluation of the port logistics service supply chain in Shandong Peninsula were constructed.According to the evaluation model calculation steps,the scoring matrix was applied to each of the entropy weighting methods.Each indicator in the layer is weighted to obtain the port's flexible entropy.Again,the empirical data of three ports in Qingdao,Yantai,and Rizhao Ports were selected and calculated,and the flexibility of Qingdao Port was higher than that of Rizhao Port.The flexibility of Rizhao Port was higher than that of Yantai Port,but the flexibility of the two was not significant.And further analysis of the flexibility of the port logistics supply chain from both vertical and horizontal aspects.Based on the analysis,suggestions were put forward for the construction of logistics parks,improvement of production technologies,and development of informatization.Finally,summarize and look forward to this article.
