With the continuous increase of global economic and trade cooperation,the circulation characteristics of the interconnection of all things are deepening.Circulation is an important foundation of international economic and trade exchanges.Ports are the core hub of international trade and global logistics,and also an important carrier of international trade circulation.The sound development of port logistics is the development trend of Marine economy,which is also conducive to building a new development pattern of domestic and foreign double circulation mutually promoting.Therefore,the development and construction of port logistics has become an increasingly heated topic.According to the operation efficiency of port logistics and the actual production situation of port,this paper actively explores the improvement of port logistics efficiency,which is of great significance to the development and construction of port logistics.This article aims Qinhuangdao port to improve the logistics efficiency of Qinhuangdao port.First of all,it makes a brief comment on the domestic and foreign researches on port logistics and port logistics efficiency.On this basis,relevant methods and theories applied in literature are sorted out and improved principal component analysis,the entropy weighting and the cross-efficiency DEA method have analyzed the development status of Qinhuangdao port.Then,the improved principal component analysis method is used to scientifically and objectively screen the evaluation indexes,and input-output indexes are selected from five aspects: port infrastructure,port hinterland economy,collection and distribution capacity,port comprehensive service capacity and port logistics sustainable development capacity,and the corresponding comprehensive evaluation system is constructed.The index data of Qinhuangdao port and Huanghua Port and Tangshan port from 2010 to 2020 as the reference object are brought into the comprehensive evaluation model combining entropy weight method and cross efficiency DEA to conduct the measurement analysis of port logistics efficiency.Research conclusions: DEA efficiency status of Qin Port,Tangshan Port and Huanghua Port during 2010-2020 can be known through EDA-CCR model.For example,in 2013,2014 and 2016,the comprehensive efficiency value of Qin Port is less than 1,which is in DEA invalid state,and in the remaining years,it is in DEA effective state.Based on the results of DEA-BCC model,we can understand the changes of technological level and scale level of Qin Gang Port from three aspects of comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency.Then,the cross efficiency DEA and entropy-weight-cross efficiency DEA models can be used to calculate and analyze the efficiency ranking of Qinhuangdao port,Tangshan port and Huanghua Port,which can effectively distinguish the years of efficient operation of ports.2011,2018 and 2017 are the top three in the efficiency ranking of Qinhuangdao port respectively.On this basis,combining the actual production situation of Qinhuangdao port,and the Qin Gang port logistics development problems in the analysis summary,from the government’s policy support,what sports federation with development promotes the port operation business diversification,speed up the west to carry out the port location,for the development of Qinhuangdao city industrial development four aspects put forward the corresponding strategy.
