Research On The Relationshipn And Coordination Of Capacity Cooperation Between Port And Logistics Service Providers

The modern port logistics has entered the era of global supply chain managementwith the speeding up of global economy and trade integration. In the face of fierce globalcompetition, the port begin to seek by building service supply chain, joint the upstreamand downstream logistics service provider, achieve the coordinated development andwin-win. The ultimate goal is to build the dragon and seamless supply chain logisticsservice system for the customer. So this paper conforms to the development trend ofglobal service supply chain, on the basis of existing research the article make the furtherstudy on capacity cooperation and coordination of port logistics service supply chainwhich is composed of the port and logistics service providers, in order to provide thenecessary and practical basis for the construction of port enterprises logistics servicesupply chain or coordination the management partners.First the paper analysis the connotation of capacity cooperation of port logisticsservice supply chain, and discuss the reason of capacity cooperation from the angle of theport and logistics service providers respectively. Then use the Game Theory to establishthe cooperative and non-cooperative game model, analysis the cooperation gamerelationship, the results show that the total profit of cooperative supply chain is better thanthe non-cooperation’s.Secondly the paper puts forward the capacity of cooperation and complementary isthe essence of supply chain coordination, analysis one of the supply chain coordinationmechanism--supply chain contract. Construct the model of supply chain coordinationbased on the delay in payment contract, the research show that the delay in payment canincrease the whole supply chain profits, and through the port pay interest for logisticsservice provider make the whole supply chain profit allocation between the two partersreasonably.In the end the paper put Qin Huangdao port as an example, put forward the buildprocess and existing problems of Qin Huangdao port logistics service supply chain. Andalso give the corresponding countermeasures. Verify through delay in payment contract can make the total expected profit of port logistics service supply chain increased, theappropriate interest rate also can make the whole supply chain interest distribute betweenthe port and logistics service provider. That can satisfactory to both sides and is willing tomaintain this coordinate relationship.
