When the Explosive reactive armor(ERA)detonated,it would have strong interference to the JET,under this background,get a structure which imitate the Kontakt-5 ERA by summing up the existing materials.Through the study of ERA which simulate Kontakt-5,understanding its response law under the effect of JET,on this basis,conduct the research of ERA interfere the rear JET,and then provide reference for the design of tandem shaped charges aimed at the Kontakt-5 ERA.First of all,this paper conduct simulation of shaped charge in different caliber penetrate on the ERA which imitate Kontakt-5,get the warhead which can detonate the ERA when the impact angle is 68°,and get the criterion of JRT detonate the ERA.When the v2jdj greater than 2.53 × 105m3/s2 can ensure JET detonate the ERA.Consider a variety of situations,conduct the simulation of JET penetrate on ERA in different impact angles and position,acquire the law of JET for ERA which imitate Kontakt-5:when the ERA is detonated by JET,the velocity of cover plate and upper front plate will between will 300m/s and 325m/s,the velocity of upper back plate,separate plate and lower front plate will between 110m/s and 200m/s,the lower back plate will be fitted to the main armor,the velocity will be 0 m/s.Along the impact angle of JET increases,the speed of cover plate and upper front plate will decrease,the speed of upper back plate,separate plate and lower front plate will increase.When the position of JET penetrate on ERA move from left to right,affected by the detonation moves,the speed of cover plate and upper front plate will increase,but the changes is minute,the speed of upper plate,separate plate and lower front plate will decrease a little.Last according to the law of flyer plate movement,the influence of moving metal plate for after class JET is studied:in the same impact angle of JET,the influence of moving metal plate for JET is bigger if the delayed initiation time of after class warhead is shorter,weak 25%penetration capacity of JET.When the delayed time is the same,there will be a angle when the impact angle is bigger than it,the cover plate and upper front plate could avoid influence the JET forming,it can guarantee the penetration ability of after class JET.In the same delayed time and impact angle,the impact position near the JET,the influence of metal plate for after class JET is minute.In the design of tandem shaped charges,the delayed time between front and back class is longer and the impact angle is bigger,it can reduce the influence of moving plate for the after class JET significantly,and ensure the penetration ability of the after class JET.
