| Based on the unique advantages of light quality and high protection factor,explosive reactive armor(ERA)has made rapid development since its inception,and shows excellent protection in tank combat.With the rapid development of technology of anti-armor,higher requirements to the protective properties of the ERA has put forward.In this paper,based on the traditional “sandwich” principle of ERA,and combined with characteristics of motion of flying-plate,explosive reactive armor with wedged flying-plate is given,and designed three programs formed by different structures.Than the effect of disturbing jet of three programs and traditional contrastive program researched by numerical simulation and experimental methods.This paper based on the three programs,three target points on the top,central,bottom of the flying-plate were set on the surface of the first layer according to the characteristics of the ERA with wedged flying-plate.Firstly,penetrated process of jet at central target point in 60°,45°,and 30°were simulated,the movement forms and the change process of the armor’s plate and the interaction of flying plates with jet of three programs and contrastive program is discussed,and the forms and the change about kinetic energy of jet in different times were analyzed,and the depth penetrated by jet were compared,then advantages and disadvantages about the protection of different reactive armor were summarized.The results shows that when the jet penetrated target in different degrees at central target point,the depth penetrated by escaped jet on target is decreases with the angle of jet decrease,and the three program of reactive armor with wedged flying-plate have a better protective effect than contrastive program.Inside,the first program can greatly weaken the jet,and there doesn’t have depth penetrated on the target when the jet angle is 30°.When the angle of jet is 45°and 60°,the depth penetrated by escaped jet of the first program deep down 34.6%and 29.6%compared with the contrastive program.Secondly,when the jet penetrated at three points in 30°,the effect of points on protective ability of reactive armor with wedged flying-plate is discussed.The analysis shows that the first program also has a better protective effect,when the jet penetrated target at top point and central point in 30°,it doesn’t penetrated the target.When the jet penetrated target at bottom point,penetration depth of jet down 24.8% than comparison program,which fully illustrated that the reactive armor with wedged flying-plate has good defenses.Finally,the first program which has a better protective effect is selected to experiment at central point in 30° and 45 °of jet,and compared with the contrastive program.The result shows that it formed copper spray on target when jet penetrated the first program in 30°,and the depth penetrated by escaped jet on target is 1.6cm when the angle is 45°,which is shallower 0.9cm than contrastive program.Through the analysis of the simulated and experiment results,it shows that their error is less than 10%,which explaining that material parameters and result of simulation have a certain reliability and accuracy.And the reactive armor with wedged flyingplate of the first program has a better protective ability. |
