The armor piercing projectile and the armor piercing projectile are two kinds of projectiles which are more effective and more effective to destroy the armored targets.In order to resist the penetration of the armor piercing projectile and the armor piercing projectile,the main battle tank has various additional armor,such as the compound armor and the explosive reactive armor.In order to study the anti penetration performance of the composite structure of double armor and reactive armor,first of all,it is based on the good performance of the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software in display dynamic analysis,the theory of long rod projectile penetration and the theory of energy penetration,considering the thickness ratio of the composite armor,the angle between the composite armor and the reactive armor,and the rod type armor piercing.The influence of projectile penetration angle and orthogonal composite structure of composite armor and reactive armor on penetration performance of rod penetrator and shaped charge jet is studied.Through the establishment of a composite armor(the upper layer of SiC ceramics,the middle layer 2024 aluminum,the lower layer of polyimide fiber),the thickness ratio of three layers is 1:1:1,3:2:1,5:3:1,6:3:1,7:4:1 penetration resistant finite element model respectively.It is concluded that the penetration performance of the composite armor with the thickness ratio of 5:3:1 is the best,and the penetration is carried out.The armor power is calculated,and the feasibility of numerical simulation is verified.The angle between the composite armor and the reactive armor is 0°,5°,10°,15°,20°,25°,30°,35°,40°,45°,50°,55°,and armor piercing projectile penetrating finite element model.It is concluded that the anti penetration performance is the best when the angle of the two components is considered.When the incident angles of the projectiles are 0°,15°,30°,45°,60°,75° and 90°,the composite armor and reactive armor are combined.It is concluded that the penetration performance of the composite armor and the reactive armor is the best when the incident angle of the projectile is 60°.Through the establishment of the composite armor and reaction armor orthogonal combination structure(the upper layer composite armor,the lower reaction armor,the upper reaction armor,the lower layer composite armor,the double layer composite armor,the double layer reactive armor)penetrated the finite element model of the armor piercing projectile,the anti penetration performance of the double layer reaction armor composite structure is optimal.Through the establishment of an orthogonal combination structure of composite armor and reactive armor,such as upper layer composite armor,lower layer reaction armor,upper reaction armor,lower layer composite armor,double layer composite armor,double layer reactive armor,an anti fusion jet penetration finite element model,the anti penetration of the composite structure of the upper layer reaction armor and the lower layer composite armor is obtained.The penetration performance of optimal,and heat power calculation,numerical simulation to verify the correctness of the simulation.The conclusions obtained in this paper are of great significance for optimizing weapon attack and protection ability.
