With the rapid development of armor protection,anti-armor technology and armor protection technology as a contradictory unity,together to promote and learn from each other to improve their technical performance,especially the emergence of energy equipment medicines of intelligent,large power,large-caliber shaped,places higher requirements on armor protection technology.Based on this background,this paper proposes a design scheme of N-shaped reaction armor and optimizes its structure in order to provide reference for the research and development of armor protection.In order to improve the protective performance of reactive armor,the dissertation has studied the N-shaped reaction armor by means of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental research,and completed the structural design,program optimization and experimental study.With ANSYS/LS-DYNA numerical analysis software,the influence of three factors,including the angle between the armor,the distance between charges and the charge thickness of the middle plate charge on the armor protection performance of N-shaped reaction armor by using the control variable method.And then optimize the design scheme.Numerical simulation and experimental research were used to compare the protective performance of the designed N-shaped reaction armor and V-shaped reaction armor and the flat charge structure.The results show:(1)The factors affecting the N-shaped reaction armor protection performance include the angles and distance of the three plate charges,and the thickness of the sandwich explosives in the middle plate charge.The interference effect of the N-shaped reaction armor on the shaped energy jet is best when The angle between the middle plate charge and the upper plate charge ?=13° and the distance between the flat charge d=74mm,and the thickness of the sandwich explosives in the middle plate charge is 4mm-3mm-4mm;(2)The comparative analysis results of the protective performance of N-shaped reaction armor,V-shaped reaction armor(15°)and single-layer flat-plate charge show that the N-shaped reaction armor has a 52.3% improvement in the protective capability of the V-shaped reaction armor,a 75.6% improvement of the single-layer flat-plate charge;(3)The experimental results of the protective performance of N-shaped reaction armor,V-shaped reaction armor(15°)and single-layer flat-plate charge show that the N-shaped reaction armor has a 50.6% improvement in the protective capability of the V-shaped reaction armor,which is higher than the single-layer flat-plate charge.The protection capacity increased by 72.9%.In a word,the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,indicating that the numerical simulation analysis method can promote the research progress of the project effectively,save costs,and guide the experimental research effecttively.It has certain research value.
